Desiigner's "Timmy Turner" Has Finally Arrived

Don't think anyone could have imagined that Desiigner's XXL Freshman "freestyle" would still be getting discussed (and spun) nearly a month after the fact. Suppose it has something to do with that clip of him stretching the hook out into a fully-fleshed out track with Mike Dean on the boards, or even the grip of remixes that have arrived over the weeks in the absence of a completed studio quality cut.

Well, prepare for the conversation to be jumpstarted once more. Desiigner has released the track now known as "Timmy Turner" in its finished form for all the world to hear. Now mastered and mixed properly, you can actually hear Dean's production chops come through, trap drums and synths all accounted for. Gotta say though, in its finished state, it's lost a bit of the exhilaration (charm?) it once had. But that's for you to decide. Hear Desiigner's new single "Timmy Turner" down below.
