"I'm gonna tell you a story about a ghost, a werewolf, and a pretty shitty pizza place," the new trailer for Chance the Rapper's film Slice begins. From there, the short clip gets weirder and weirder as a pizza deliveryman gets killed, and the owner of the pizza restaurant learns that his business is "built on a gateway to hell." Along the way, scenes featuring comedian Hannibal Buress and Atlanta star Zazie Beatz are shown, as well as a scene at the very end that finds Chance getting spooked.

No release date is shown during the trailer but it does say "THIS FALL" at one point. So it's possible that we'll be getting Slice sooner than later.
Initially, Slice was believed to be a short but then turned into a feature film by its director, Austin Vesely.
"I thought it was a weird idea for a short horror film, so I wrote it as that in different versions and then wanted to see if I could adapt it to a TV show and then I finally decided to adapt it into a feature," Vesely said during a previous interview with Fader.
This will be Chance's film debut and the first feature film for Vesely. The two previously worked together on the videos for Chance's "Angels" and "Sunday Candy."
