Almost two months after revealing he was sexually assaulted at a Hollywood party in 2016, Terry Crews has filed a lawsuit against the William Morris Endeavor (WME) agent he claims assaulted him, as well as the talent agency.
In a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Crews accuses Adam Venit of staring at him "like a rabid dog, sticking his tongue in and out of his mouth provocatively." After the alleged assault Crews then pushed Venit away, and turned to Adam Sandler yelling, "Adam, come get your boy! He's grabbing my nuts."
On his way home from the event Sandler asked Crews if he was OK and was reportedly shocked at Venit's behavior. The following day Crews called his agent at WME and told him of the alleged assault, with Venit calling him and apologizing a few hours later, claiming he was just not himself that night. Along with the lawsuit Crews also filed a sexual assault police report against Venit several weeks ago.

Last week it was announced that Venit had returned to work with WME after being disciplined for the incident with Crews in October. However, Venit has been demoted from his position as head of the motion picture department. Following Venit's return Crews tweeted "Someone got a pass."
The incident took place last year in California. Crews had tweeted about the assault shortly after an expose detailing Harvey Weinstein's numerous sexual assaults was released.

"I understand and empathize with those who have remained silent. But Harvey Weinstein is not the only perpetrator," Crews wrote. "Hopefully, me coming forward with my story will deter a predator and encourage someone who feels hopeless."
