It's an ambitious undertaking, but Vinyl Hub has set out to become the internet's most comprehensive index of world's wrecka stows.

Akin to Discogs (its parent site) the website welcomes any and all acetate enthusiasts with a focus on the events and fairs that bring them all under one roof. The crowdsourced Google Maps utility provides users with a readily-accessible guide to the brick-and-mortars closest to them, wherever they may be, encouraging them to log their own discoveries should they stumble upon a South American antique shop with a surprisingly-deep dollar bin. The perfect companion for the globetrotting crate-digger (should they feel comfortable disclosing their finds.)

The launch of Vinyl Hub follows Discogs' recent expansion into print, poster and film markets over the summer with the arrival of four new channels; BookogsComicogs, Filmogs and Posterogs.
