According to The Miami Herald, agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, received a tip about drugs and guns being transported on the plane. After securing a warrant, Feds hit the tarmac to search the plane, pulling cocaine, cannabis, and a gun from the aircraft. Despite the discovery, Wayne was cleared to leave the scene by authorities. However, charges could still be filed in federal court by the end of the week. Wayne, who lives in Miami, was inbound from California when the plane was flagged by agents.
