Listen To Mark Ronson's Funk-Forged 'Uptown Special' LP In Full

Lenny Kravitz, Grace Jones, Lauryn Hill, Lion Babe, Thundercat, SZA & More Rock The Afropunk Festival 2015 in Brooklyn, NY. Ladies and gents, Mark Ronson's long-awaited and teased fourth studio album Uptown Special will be available for purchase at the stroke of midnight this evening. But thanks to the good folks at The UK's The Guardian, we're getting an early peak at an album that's been poking at us with it's lighthearted sophistofunk schemes since the summertime. Star-studded as it has to be, the album features guest spots from legends and modern marvels alike, tapping Stevie Wonder, Bruno Mars, Kevin Parker and Andrew Wyatt for a typically guest-heavy outing from England's top-shelf funk&soul curator. You've already been treated to sonic specimens like The Time-channeling "Uptown Funk," the steel-toed psychedelic soul of "Daffodils" and the colossal comeback of Mystikal on "Feel Right," but it's officially time to take the express Uptown, folks. If you've yet to do so, be sure to preorder the record on iTunes or just use this early-bird special as a warm-up and cop the album when it hits late this evening. Hit the link below to stream Mark Ronson's star-lined Uptown Special LP via The Guardian and stay- tuned for all that Uptown has to offer in the weeks and months ahead.
