Jay Dee aka King Dilla was released in mid-October (please excuse the late pass) and appears to have the blessing of Yancey Media Group and Ma Dukes, featuring eight very digable, very short treats compiled into one place for novice excavators of the monolithic Dilla catalog. Seasoned travelers, however, will likely be able to pin-point some of these joints from unreleased tapes like Dimensions of Dilla and The New Slave, both of which are more than worth the Google search if you've yet to indulge in the full treatments. Stream J Dilla's Jay Dee aka King Dilla tape down below and head over to The Shop to skim through our extensive inventory of wax-housed Dilla albums and productions. Stay tuned for the next one (shouldn't be too long now.)
