Your Old Droog Takes Us Around Times Square In His New Vid "42 (Forty Deuce)"

A week after dropping the audio, Coney Island emcee, Your Old Droog, comes through with these tight new visuals for his ode to Times Square, “42 (Forty Deuce).” Dressed as everything from from a war veteran to a hot dog vendor, a cartoonist, and a breakdancing elmo, Droog hits an unsuspecting tourist with the never ending swindle throughout ‘The Crossroads of the World.” Says Droog of the track:

A song that's literally been in the making for over a decade. Wanted to flip this sample since '05 and I finally brought it to a producer and got the job done…It's about a special place I really used to frequent back in the days. The video is a halfway glimpse into that and my halfway breakdancing skills. 'Yo, you listen to hip hop?!'

Video directed by Jonah Schwartz.

Under that, we get part 2 of We Made It NYC’s Field Trip series with Droog, as he continues to give us a tour of his hometown of Coney Island, Brooklyn.
