In 20015 we were put on to the smooth sounds of a new name to check for on the r&b scene, Sonya Teclai. The NY based singer/songwriter made a strong first impression by way of her Heatwave EP. Today, we revisit that impressive project with these black and white visuals for the project’s standout track “Far Away.” The video focuses on a seductive Sonya strolling through the streets of NYC singing of the pain caused by a relationship gone wrong.
