BJ The Chicago Kid stopped by the Okay space to bless us with a few smooth grooves.
Three years after dropping his major label debut, In My Mind,BJ The Chicago Kid is coming back with the follow-up. This summer he will release 1123, his sophomore album.

The album is being led by the soulful single "Time Today" and the defiant "Worryin' Bout Me," with Offset. While on his promo run, BJ The Chicago Kid had some time to pull up to the Okay Space for an intimate okay acoustic performance. With Rico Nichols on the drums and Tubb Young on guitar, BJ performed a gorgeous rendition of "Time Today" and Close," which is BJ's cover of Ella Mai's track.
