It's been only a few years since Pro Era's Capital STEEZ tragically took his own life. The weight of that loss has been felt by many, but perhaps most severely effected Joey Bada$$ in the years following. But in an effort to keep the memory of his fallen friend alive and at the forefront, the Brooklyn wunderkind is throwing STEEZ Day in NYC, where he, Pro Era, Flatbush Zombies, Smoke DZA, Phony PPL and The Underachievers will all perform to honor that memory and provide you all with a day musical merriment from some of NYC's finest crews, hosted by Hot 97's Pete Rosenberg.  The festival will be taking place on July 7th at Central Park's SummerStage and Tickets are on sale today.
