Atlanta based  (by way of San Diego) artist ev4n holt has a new self-titled mixtape on the way. I'd heard the name in recent weeks, but I'll say young boy got my attention with this latest track. Listen to the WhoAreI produced song "Looking Up," the first joint off ev4n's aforementioned tape. If you are indeed only as funky as your last cut, ev4n should do just fine making music like this.
