Legendary Detroit musician and honorary P-Funk member, Amp Fiddler, has announced his new album, Amp Dog Knights, will arrive on November 10th via Moodymann's Mahogani Music imprint.
The Motor City heavy project is co-curated by Moodymann and features contribution from Slum Village members, T3 and Waajeed, with two tracks produced by the late J Dilla, who was first introduced to the MPC by Amp, a Conant Gardens neighbor and mentor to a young James Dewitt Yancey. He shares "Return of The Ghetto Fly" today, featuring a swaggering suite from the Donuts producer.
