Joey Bada$$ Gets Kinetic On The Soulful New Cut "Teach Me" feat. Kiesza

Joey Bada$$ comes through with his most radio-friendly joint yet, unveiling his new Kiesza collaboration "Teach Me" off the forthcoming B4.DA.$$ LP. From the jump, this is not your standard Badmon cut. It commences with touches of vibes and a very danceable shuffle on the kit, punctuated with gentle drops of horns, a cut-time delivery and Kiesza chiming in on the hook with her velvety croon. The slow-burning grit of Young Joey's repertoire lingers somewhere in the backgound, but this is a polished piece unlike anything you've come across from BK's lyrical redeemer.

The track premiered today on Zane Lowe's BBC program, garnering the UK radio giant's "Hottest Record" stamp. Following the drop, Joey phoned in to talk about the record a bit, touching on his versatility as an artist and how the track came together, all of which you can hear below. With stud sonic specimens like "Curry Chicken" and that all-too-tuff clip for "No.99" (not to mention his guest spot on MadGibbs' "Knicks" remix) 2014 was certainly the year that your boy got his warm-ups in and 2015 is shaping up to be the year he gets his rap-game diploma. B4.DA.$$ is slated to hit digital and physical shelves in two weeks flat, dropping January 20th. Preorder your copy of the record on iTunes today and stream his dance-floor ready joint "Teach Me" below.
