This past Sunday, the mixture of drugs and bad romantic decisions sung in a beautiful voice that reaches angelic proportions that is The Weeknd performed the track "Starboy" at MTV's Europe Music Awards. The track will be featured on Abel Tesfaye's new album of the same name, STARBOY. The song features the french electronic duo Daft Punk. A few weeks back he performed the singles "Starboy" and "False Alarm" on SNL. The album, The Weeknd's third, will be out on November 25th. His last album was 2015's Beauty Behind the Madness. Abel didn't leave the performance empty handed, he won the Best Video award for "Starboy," beating out Kanye West's "Famous" and Beyoncé's "Formation." The performance itself was trippy. It began with Abel enclosed in a dome flashing with a dizzying array of visuals. The award ceremony was held in Ahoy Rotterdam in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
