Walmart has apologized for a racist third party listing featured on their website.

The listing was for a weaving cap, and it featured a description that read "n*gger brown."

The listing starting spreading on Twitter on Monday after writer and popular user Travon Free posted the photo:

Shortly after the photo gained traction — with famous names like author Roxane Gay tweeting about it and columnist Shaun King retweeting Free's tweet — Walmart put up a statement on their Twitter page:

The copy on the listing has been changed, and the cap is no longer on sale.
