Translee
A couple of years ago my attention was snatched up and held by an Atlanta based rapper by the name of Translee. His song “Losers” and accompanying album Culture Junky were more than worthy of attention and I think were highly slept on. Well, for those who missed the wave, you get another chance to latch on, as Translee has plans of releasing the follow up, #MAOTP Pt. 1 next month.
To get things reignited, Translee comes through with the introspective new video “Lost In The Sauce.” Taking a cue from Gucci Mane, Translee voices his discontent with the music industry and a number of societal issues over the production of Tha Officialz. Translee succinctly sums up the song:
The demons in my life are always following me, tryna catch me slippin! Sometimes I actually fall and become lost in the sauce. Don’t be lost in the sauce!
