And today, he's offering us a taste of just what we can expect from that outing once the funds are secured, rekindling the creative connection with DJ Premier on the retro-set single "Saturday Night." Here the Coney Island bomber tells the tale of an unsuspecting visitor, who quenches his lustful pursuits, all against a classic production from Preemo, who cuts up the track with his hallmark scratches and a big drum break. Truth be told, if this is any inkling of what we can expect from the new project, Torae just might have another underground classic on his hands, following For The Record and its star-powered roster of features, which included the aforementioned Gang Starr legend, Pete Rock, Large Professor and the gamut of new-school beat junkies.
