Rick Ross performed in NYC despite having seizures before his show, reports say.

Rick Ross reportedly suffered a medical emergency before his show at B.B. King’s in Manhattan over the weekend.

According to a report in Page Six, the MMG MC delayed his show for an hour due to “seizures” and “trouble breathing” backstage. “His team had to get a masseuse to massage him for an hour to relax his body,” a source told the outlet.

The Florida rapper has a history of seizures.

This health scare comes months after the MMG MC was hospitalized for four days in the cardiac unit in March after being found unresponsive in his home.

In 2011, Ross had two seizures on the same day.

The rapper has not addressed the reports on his health, as he has in the past, but according to Page Six, Ross said in a report that he’s “feeling good.”

The cause of the seizures remains unclear.
