Music Producer Detail Accused of Rape and Sexual Assault by Two Artists

Two women filed legal documents accusing Detail of sexual abuse.

Grammy award-winning record producer Noel Fisher,  professionally known as Detail has been accused of physical and sexual abuse by two artists.

Kristina Buch, one of the women named in the court documents, claims Detail raped her in February following a recording session in Miami, TMZreports. The legal documents state Detail “forcibly grabbed her by the hair, hit and choked her” last week when the two were at the Malibu Beach Inn. She was reportedly left with bruises on her arms, head, back, and legs. According to the documents, Detail also forced Buch to have sex with him in front of others.

The second artist, Peyton Ackley, also says she was forced to have sex with Detail in front of others after he walked in on her taking a bath. According to the documents obtained by TMZ, Ackley says she was forced to take nude photos while he masturbated, and record him having sex with Buch. Ackley claims the producer slammed her head into a wall and dragged her up a flight of stairs in March.

The two women are also accusing Detail of forcing them into becoming his "sex slaves." They requested and have been granted a restraining order by a judge stipulating that Detail cannot be within 100 yards of Ackley and Buch and the latter's sister.

Singer Jessie Reyez tweeted a link to the report on Thursday and revealed that she had almost been in a similar experience with Details. "Noel ‘Detail’ Fisher tried this on m," she wrote. "I was lucky and I got out before it got to this. I didn’t know what to say or who to tell. I was scared. "

Detail won a Grammy in 2015 for his production on Beyoncé and Jay-Z's "Drunk In Love."

The artist, who's signed to Young Money, Cash Money through Republic Records, has worked with a heavy roster of talent including Jennifer Lopez, Lil WayneWiz Khalifa, Lady Gaga, Brandy, Christina Aguilera, T-Pain, Akon, Snoop Dogg, and Drake.

Drake was engaged in a legal battle with Detail a few months back. The producer sued Drake after claiming his bodyguard Chubbs attacked him in 2014 after he refused the rapper's request to become his executive producer. Drake attested Chubbs acted in self defense. The assault case was pending before Details had reportedly “gone off the radar.”
