Prince Was Hospitalized Today Following An Emergency Plane Landing
[UPDATE: According to Rolling Stone, Prince is now home and in stable condition following an early morning rush to the hospital, caused by a severe bout with the flu, prompting an emergency landing in Moline, Illinois. Now we exhale.]
Troubling news today, as TMZ reports that our beloved Prince was hospitalized following an emergency landing this morning in Illinois. The multi-hyphenate music man was reportedly in the air for only a short while before grounding, at which point P was transported to a local hospital. His status is unclear, with conflicting reports coming in. Years ago, Prince revealed that he had struggled with epilepsy since birth on The Tavis Smiley Show (a rare one-on-one with a typically reclusive genius,) though we can't be sure if that was the cause of all this. Last night, Prince took the stage at Atlanta's Fox Theater for one of his solo Piano And A Microphone performances, treating ATLiens to hours of hits, stripped down to their bones.
