Get your calendars out, folks! Jean Grae is coming to your town (that is if New York City happens to be your town). Putting an end to a one-year performing-hiatus, Ms. Grae will make her return to the stage on May 24th at DROM. We're excited to hear that she will be perfoming alongside DJ Mr. Len (Company Flow), Mela Machinko, and her band The Wait A Minutes, but even sweeter is the outlook of hearing Jean perform some of her new songs! We premiered "U&Me&EveryoneWeKnow," the first single from Cake Or Death earlier this year, but other than that and a tantalizing trailer (after the jump), the lock on her don't-call-it-a-comeback-album has been firm so far. While we will have to wait at least until late summer for new music from Jean in its official form, we will gladly accept this treat to shorten the wait!
