It's a beautiful Saturday afternoon indeed. Some time ago, Kendrick Lamar apparently lent his vocal talents to Kanye West's banging single "All Day," and now the full, high-quality clip of it has made its way online. With bared teeth and blazing bars, Lamar somehow finds a way to punish West's goliath beat, going in harder and faster than anything we heard from Yeezy on the original studio recording.
At least one tiny clip of the verse made its way online earlier this week, but at last the world finally can bask in the joy of an extended listen of K Dot going in on a proper Kanye track. Lamar's lyrics break a bit from the cerebral style of To Pimp A Butterfly and instead just go the hell in--this is "All Day," after all. Both BJ The Chicago Kid and Kanye himself get shouted out during Lamar's brief foray. Here's hoping a full version of this alternate version/remix makes its way to all our headphones real soon.
