Kanye West Inspires 40% Spike In Male Fashion Students At L.A. College

Kanye West has inspired a 40% increase in male enrollment in the fashion design program at the Los Angeles Trade Technical College, where he has been serving as an instructor. West began teaching at the college in order to fulfill the court-mandated community service assigned after he plead no-contest to a battery charge in March 2014. The case was the result of a widely-publicized clash with paparazzi at LAX. According to a report from TMZ, West has assigned projects and offered mentorship to students during his time at the college. Though the course is scheduled to wrap in June, the numbers suggest it might be a good idea for Professor West to stick around.
