Most of you are not yet old enough to forget the excitement and sheer unbridled joy that was the Fall of 2010, when Kanye West warmed us up for My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy with 15 consecutive weeks of dropping heater after heater each Friday in the lead-up to his album's release. That collection alone would have made for an impressive album from anyone in the game, including Ye, featuring the likes of Pusha T, Q-Tip, Mos Def, Lupe Fiasco, Jay Z, Raekwon, Common, Talib Kweli and damn near every man, woman or child that could utter a word into the mic.
Well, good people, it appears with West's SWISH looming, we're about to see the revival of that brilliant campaign. According to a tweet from wifey, GOOD Friday's are apparently back and bigger than ever with the Kardashian media machine in tow. In all seriousness though, we may very well have our first offering by today's end, so keep your head on a swivel and check back a little later today for what could be the beginning of something great. And hopefully, it's not another flimsy "FACTS" type release. We need more, Mr. West.
