A few weeks ago I was at SOBs for the first edition of their new show series R.A.W. (Real Art Works) which featured personal favorites of mine Iman Omari and SZA as well as some talented artists I got put on to like Rachel Brown and Nia Keturah with MeLo-X holding down the music (Hosted by Miss Ls). The evening was filled with blossoming talent, and I was happy to hear that Iman sounds just as dope live as he does on record.For those who didn't make it out, check out this recap featuring brief interviews with some of the talent on the bill. Video by Slick Jackson. The next edition of R.A.W. will be going down February 5th at SOBs featuring some more OKP regulars like Chris Turner, Lucille Ghatti, Meridian, and The GTW (get tix here).
