The Oxnard-born music misfit with the raspy twinge has been a dominant presence in 2016, first with his breakout Malibu LP, then with arrival of NxWorries (BKA .Paak and Stones Throw's prolific Knxwledge,) promising a full-length masterpiece from the duo by year's end.
