Even In The Hospital, Kanye West Wants To Record and Work On His Fashion Line
It appears not even the white walls of his current hospital room will keep Kanye West out of the lab. According to recent reports from Us Weekly, a bedridden West has been animately requesting that recording equipment be delivered to his bedside. The same source explains that music isn't the only thing on his mind.
He's also requested that sketches from Yeezy Season Whatever make way to the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center room where he's currently recovering from a breakdown of sorts, following a string of erratic appearances during the last leg of his Saint Pablo Tour, calling out Jay Z, Beyonce and Hillary Clinton, even going so far as to claim that had he voted, it would have been for Donald Trump. Other sources have noted that West's breakdown and subsequent hospitalization fell on the 8 year anniversary of his mother Donda West's funeral.
To be clear: none of this excuses pledging his support to Cheeto-elect, but it should speak to the fact that bedrest is the very least he could afford himself at the moment. West was initially to be released on Monday, November 28th, a week following his initial hospitalization, but is apparently "still unstable." Here's hoping Kanye gets the break he needs.
