Erykah Badu
Yeah, so remember that time when Erykah Badu crashed a PIX 11 live news broadcast to kiss-bomb the anchor live on air? I really thought we were going to have another one of those moments. Queen Badu recently made her return to local news, this time in her hometown of Dallas, Texas. While stranded, due to delays, at DFW Airport, CBS intentionally asks Badu about her traveling situation. Nothing truly inappropriate goes down (I know they had their finger on the button over in the production room), but it is entertaining to hear her say “It’s hard out here for a pimp” on live TV. That and just watching that mischievous grin like she’s on the verge of another viral moment… I have hope for next time. Skip to 1:28 on the vid for Badu.
