Danny Brown ft. Kendrick Lamar, Earl Sweatshirt, Ab-Soul: "Really Doe"

Danny Brown has been revealing bit by bit of his long-awaited upcoming album Atrocity Exhibition, and Sunday night’s release of the star-studded “Really Doe” added onto the momentum.

“Really Doe” features Kendrick Lamar, Earl Sweatshirt and Ab-Soul, and is produced by Black Milk. The song was clearly a standout once he revealed the full tracklist, and after the Detroit lyricist shared a snippet on his Instagram on Sunday afternoon, Hot 97’s Paul Rosenberg debuted the full song to start his midnight show.

Each MC takes turns demolishing a banger by Black Milk that is perfect for a posse cut. Listen to a radio rip of Rosenberg’s premiere below. [UPDATE: Danny Brown has released a full version on his VEVO page, embedded below.]

This is the fourth piece of music that fans have heard from Atrocity Exhibition. The album’s debut single was “When It Rain,” a zany Paul White-produced banger. “Pneumonia,” a discordant single produced by Evian Christ, followed. Most recently, he unveiled “Rolling Stone,” an unexpected collaboration featuring and produced by Petite Noir, during an interview with NPR‘s All Songs Considered.

If the first four leaks are any indication, Atrocity Exhibition – due for a Sept. 30 release – will be full of surprises. The album is Danny Brown’s first full-length since 2013’s Old, and his first on new label Warp Records after leaving Fool’s Gold.He told Rolling Stone the record was inspired by Raekwon, early Björk, Joy Division, Talking Heads and System of a Down’s Toxicity, and that Warp cleared $70,000 in samples for the album. Aside from the guests on “Really Doe,” the album will also feature appearances by Kelela and B-Real of Cypress Hill.
