D'Angelo - 'Black Messiah' Double LP Vinyl Is Now Available In The OKP Shop
D'Angelo's comeback piece Black Messiah has had roughly three months to live in (and conquer) your iPods and phones, your Sonos's and computers; couch-surfing, so to speak, while it awaits the completion of its true home. Because we all know good and damn well that an album called Black Messiah is meant to be an LP, only truly at home in between some glossy grooves inscribed in black wax. Enter the Black Messiah vinyl 2xLP. While it's certainly taken a bit longer than we had originally anticipated (incurring a month delay to try and keep up with an overwhelming demand) the official release date for the vinyl pressing is now set at March 10th and we couldn't be more amped to announce that we now have it available for pre-order in our very own OKP Shop. Just be sure to take Drs. Russ Elevado and Ben Kane's prescription ("For Best Results, Listen At Maximum Volume") and bump the hell out of this thing when it lands. Don't worry about the neighbors. If they don't get it, you're probably going to need to move to a new city and you might as well find out now.
