CeeLo Green's world has been at a literal standstill since his infamous and downright gross Twitter rant back in 2013, where he basically admitted to drugging a women in 2012 and made light of it on one of the world's biggest stages. And while public opinion of the Dungeon Family vet has plummeted to a negative zero, it hasn't stopped him from putting in work in the studio. According to a recent report from Billboard, Green has been chipping away at a new record, tentatively titled Heart Blanche, over the years and it's now entering the final mixing stages. The album will apparently feature a dozen, if not more, collaborations, including tracks with Mark Ronson, Charlie Puth, Eg White, Wallpaper and John Hill amongst many others poised to help bring Green back to the world and its favor. But even with a new record on the way, it seems hard to imagine that the once king of r&b can return to any shade of grace, though I suppose it couldn't hurt. Then again, Green has managed to take great opportunities and squander them with poor decisions on several occasions throughout his 20-plus years of recording. So the verdict's still out on this one.
