Cam'ron Speaks On The Michael Brown Tragedy + Delivers A Message To The Youth In MONTREALITY Interview

Cam'ron is the latest to add his two cents to the Michael Brown travesty, as he sits candidly with MONTREALITY for an on-point Q&A. After first delving into what he was like as a Harlem-raised youngin' (particularly in regards to his schooling, first jobs, favorite video game and cartoon characters) Killa hit us with his take on his bouts with some of mainstream media's finest. And yes, Bill O'Reilly and Anderson Cooper are still mad.

However, cnce his words for the news anchors comes to an end, Cam sheds some light on the perceived callousness of New Yorkers towards cases of police brutality, specifically in the wake of the madness playing out in Ferguson's streets right now. While he certainly doesn't condone violence on either faction's end, the Harlem bomber poignantly conveys how much more media attention Michael Brown's killing has been getting without even a visual confirmation of what happened. He points to the murder of Eric Garner in Staten Island just weeks prior to contrast the two circumstances of police militancy and advocate for a more engaged public response across the board, essentially calling to arms his hometown constituency. The session ends with Cam addressing the nation's youth, expressing the importance of getting an education and staying out of these streets. Watch Cam'ron hit all these notes on MONTREALITY below.
