Meek Mill capped a busy week last night with an inaugural run in Studio 8H. The Philadelphia rapper (and newly-minted criminal justice reform activist) was the musical guest on Saturday Night Live, performing a trio of songs from his 2018 album, Championships.

Shadowed by a pair of dancers and a band in tow, Meek's first performance brought "Going Bad" to the stage, eventually welcoming uptown's own, Fabolous, to join him for "Uptown Vibes." He closed with the album's title track before the evening's host, Jame McAvoy, said his thank yous and requisite platitudes. Sadly, Knxwledge was nowhere to be seen.

Championships debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's 200 Chart following its November 30, 2018 release. Earlier this week, Meek announced that he'd partnered with JAY-Z, Van Jones, and the owners of various teams in both the NBA and NFL, to launch the criminal justice reform organization, REFORM Alliance.
