Watch a Live In-Studio Discussion Between Just Blaze and The Alchemist

The legendary producers team up for an in-depth chat from the lab.

Just Blaze and The Alchemist are set for a live in-studio discussion today.

Assisting in the two-day launch party for Move Forward Music's new Twitch partnership, the heavyweight producers will broadcast from the lab today with host Thelonious Martin at 4:30pm EST. The weekend-long program has featured performances from Kari Faux, Liv.e, Guapdad 4000, UMI, and Kenny Mason, amongst others. There's also a grip of panel discussions for fans and artists alike, including a chat centered on "Surviving The Times for Artists," between Kota The Friend, Marlon Craft, and reps from Twitch, Indify and EQT, moderated by Move Forward Music founder, Alex Damashek, immediately following Just and Al's segment.

While details are slim, both producers are stepping into the discussion on the heels of big years, respectively. Alchemist has locked in with some rap's most prestigious talents, churning out collaborative albums with Boldy James (The Price of Tea in China,) Conway The Machine (LULU,) and Freddie Gibbs (Alfredo.) He also delivered the instrumental project, A Doctor, A Painter, & an Alchemist Walk Into a Bar at the top of October and is slated to deliver another, The Food Villain, by the end of the month.

Blaze, on the other hand, contributed a beat to Westside Gunn's recently-released major-label debut, Who Made The Sunshine (which also features production credits from Uncle Al, along with Daringer, Beat Butcher, and more.)

Head over to Move Forward Music's Twitch channel to catch the full discussion.
