Ty Dolla $ign Arrested for Drug Possession in Atlanta

Officers reportedly found the singer in possession of marijuana and cocaine.

Ty Dolla $ign was booked into Fulton County Jail on Wednesday after officers allegedly found him in possession of drugs.

According to the Atlanta Police Department, the R&B singer and six others were stopped while driving near Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. in Atlanta.

Cops reportedly say they smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle, and upon a search discovered marijuana and cocaine.

According to a report in The Blast, the artist may be charged with possession of marijuana less than an oz. and possession of cocaine. The other six people in the car were released without charges.

A video surfaced online appearing to show Ty being taken away in handcuffs.

Ty Dolla $ign had been in Atlanta for the latest stop on his tour with with Lil Uzi Vert, G-Eazy, and YBN Nahmir.
