A fitting cap on a breakout year.

Lizzo celebrated her Saturday Night Live debut with a pair of electrifying (and seasonally appropriate) performances last night.

As the musical guest for Eddie Murphy's glorious comeback episode, the multi-hyphenate performer brought a pair of hits to the stage. For her first run, Lizzo donned a custom Dapper Dan piece to perform her smash single, "Truth Hurts," with a grip of backup dancers in tow. And for the evening's closer, she returned to the stage with "Good as Hell," complete with festive NOLA bounce breakdown and, of course, a fit of twerking. She also appeared in a sketch that was unfortunately cut for time.
