KRIT announced the addition on the project’s tenth anniversary.

Monday marked the tenth anniversary of Big K.R.I.T.‘s breakout mixtape K.R.I.T. Wuz Here. In honor of the milestone, KRIT took to social media to thank fans for their support and make a special announcement.

On May 29, the project will be available on major digital streaming platforms. Previously, the project was limited to mixtape sites.

“What a difference a day makes,” he tweeted. “So much has changed and so much has remained the same over the years. I’ve evolved as an artist and businessman while keeping the same soul and integrity that I came in the door with.”

The project features guest appearances from Curren$y, Wiz Khalifa, Smoke DZA, and Devin the Dude. KRIT produced each track on the mixtape. The tape was the first of three independent releases leading to his deal with Def Jam.

“I recorded this album in my grandmama’s kitchen,” he continued. “To know that it’s a fan favorite to this day hits different. I put everything I had into making this album. I used ‘wuz’ because this could have been the last project I put out if things didn’t take off.”

KRIT Wuz Here featured the single “Country Shit,” When the track was re-released in 2011, it peaked at number 23 on Billboard‘s US Hot Rap Tracks chart and number 50 on US R&B/Hip Hop Songs.
