Maggie Rogers Strikes Again w/ Enchanting New Single "Dog Years"

By now it's hard to disassociate the insta-buzz surrounding Maggie Rogers from the viral clip of the young songwriter sharing her breakout hit "Alaska" with Pharrell in Bob Powers' Masterclass. Skateboard P's face said it all, and the bubbly pop-leaning composition has gone on to provide a warm and welcome introduction to a new talent, haling from Maryland's Eastern Shore. A few weeks back the song was treated to a lighthearted and frolic-full visual treatment that captured the whimsical vibes of the track in a very vibrant forest-set party.

But today Maggie's shared a new single, sure to be a hit. "Dog Years" continues the atmospheric pop styles shaded on "Alaska," with a big anthemic hook, ripe and ready for your radio dial. With two bonafide studs on her hands, speculations over the release of a full project are warranted, though there doesn't appear to be any word on that front just yet.
