Kodak Black's two felony charges, one count of possession of a firearm, ammunition, or weapon by a delinquent, and one count of possession of cannabis over 20 grams, were dropped.
According to a TMZ report, Kodak committed two other probation violation charges— driving with a suspended license and associating with people engaged in criminal activity. He could be released as early as October, and after release, his remaining year of house arrest and four years of probation will be wiped from his slate.
The 20-year-old Florida rapper, born Dieuson Octave, was arrested in February after an Instagram Live video of people handling marijuana and a firearm around an infant surfaced online. He was hit with seven charges and was reportedly facing 12 years behind bars, until three charges were initially dropped.
