It’s a good time to be living in DC.
A food festival is coming to DC.
The forces behind Broccoli City have announced the inaugural Food & Grooves, which will be going down on October 26, 2019, at Union Market in Washington, DC.
The one-day festival will feature everything you would want in a food festival: showcases from local restaurants, interactive cooking demonstrations, wine and beer tastings, panel discussions, and more.
The most exciting thing on the lineup is that Questlove will be recording a live rendition of his Questlove Supreme podcast. Quest will be talking to Chef Kwame Onuwachi. Also on the lineup is performances from Teedra Moses, Tank and the Bangas, Black Alley Band, DJ Domo, and more.
Tickets for the festival are $49. A ticket will get you access to 15 plus local food vendors and the full schedule of activities. You can cop here.
