30 years (yes, three zero) into an innovative career, Aphex Twin (government name: Richard D. James) remains one of music's most elusive eccentrics. Fans trace routinely unannounced broadcasts for signs of the electronics wizard since the release of his 2014 album, Syro. A notorious gear junkie, James was uniquely qualified to cross streams with Korg in developing the company's nontraditional tuned Monologue synthesizer.
