ATL: Celebrate The Life & Legacy of Phife @ Songs In The Key of Phife This Friday (6/17)

Atlanta, here’s your chance to celebrate the life and legacy of the late, great Malik ‘Phife Dawg’ Taylor with Songs in The Key of Phife this Friday (6/17) at 595 North Event Center. The event line up includes DJ sets by Rasta Root, Kemit, Fudge, and special guest appearances. His mother and renowned poet, Cheryl Boyce-Taylor will also be in attendance. Attendees will also get a chance to hear new music from Phife’s Give Thanks album. Through the event, Taylor’s family aims to raise awareness about preventing Kidney disease and diabetes, as well as raise funds for charities Taylor supported during his life. 100% of the proceeds from the benefit will go directly to the National Kidney Foundation.
