TV On The Radio drops the official video for "Happy Idiot" - the first single from their forthcoming Seeds LP - starring Paul Reubens aka Pee Wee Herman and Oculus actress Karen Gillan. The video comes ahead of the project's scheduled November 18th release and plays like a cross between a quirky action comedy and pop culture nerd's wet dream. TVOTR's Tunde Adebimpe has reportedly described the Speed Racer inspired clip as "full-on geekfest in the desert." The short written by comedian Jake Fogelnest and directed by Danny Jelinek is being hosted - rather appropriately - by Funny or Die.
