UK soul singer Tawiah drops a gorgeous cover of "Open Your Eyes" - the r&b track from Bobby Caldwell most famously sampled by J Dilla for Common's song "The Light". Tawiah's take is an eery mix of piano chords and ethereal guitar that take the song from a lovable pop track to an other-worldly love ballad. The performance comes ahead of Tawiah's latest LP - a free project called FREEdom Drop arriving on April 30th.
