The second annual Rock The Belles is set to jump of this Saturday 5/24 to celebrate female artistry to the nth degree, hosted by Genesis Beat Bushwick's LightSpace Studios. The show will prove to cover all elements with a showcase of BK's finest emcees, dancers, artists and DJs, featuring performances by Jean Grae, Boog Brown, Chopp, Kalae Nouveau, Tamara Bubble, DJ Lady Essence and DJ Petra, live graffiti from the homegirl Vera Timesand a gallery of pieces from Amanda Konishi, Brooke Pelczynski and Jenny Zych. The lovely ladies of the Hip-Hop Dance Convervatoryand Maia Ramnathwill be giving you some more treats for your eyes and your feet. Brooklyn stand up and rock with all of these immensely talented performers and make this long weekend one to be remembered. Sights start at 7pm, while sonics commence at 8pm and rock all night.
