Stream De La Soul's First Album In 11 Years 'And The Anonymous Nobody'

The wait is over. New De La Soul has finally arrived. Following their Kickstarter campaign (the second highest grossing campaign in the site’s history) and a grip of warm-up cuts, the crowdfunded eighth studio album And The Anonymous Nobody is officially on digital physical stands. The album features guest spots from a dynamic set of contributors including, Little Dragon, Snoop Dogg, Pete Rock, Jill Scott, David Byrne, 2 Chainz and somehow, even more. If “Pain” and “Royalty Capes” got your blood pressure to spike, you’re gonna need some serious sedatives to keep yourself calm, as the album is surely one of the best offerings in their near 30 year tenure as one of the most influential outfits in hip-hop. Stream the new De La Soul album down below on Spotify, grab a digital copy on iTunes and pick up the 2xLP on wax via The OKP Shop today. Stay tuned for some thorough thoughts on the comeback piece in the days ahead.
