You had me at Public Enemy featuring DMC --but like all the recent PE joints I've heard, this one stands up to the kinds of expectations those names create in the mind of a long-term rap fans. Chuck & Darryl make good use of the younger generation's rediscovery of 808s, taking the mean-mugging bass sonics as a good excuse to drop some impactful old school cadences and some--well, RLTK--about our current situation ("never have so many been screwed by so few").
