J. Cole Just Announced A New Album and It's Arriving Next Week
The last we heard or saw from J. Cole, the rapper had swapped productions with Kendrick Lamar for a pair of Black Friday releases almost exactly one year ago. And though the collaborative album that was teased at the very end of his "Alright" take has yet to surface, it appears 2016 won't end without his contribution to a watershed year in music.
Today J. Cole has announced his fourth studio album, 4 Your Eyez Only. Skim on details, the release was discovered by the appearance of an iTunes pre-order link, revealing ten new tracks from the rapper that went platinum with no features. Whether the new record follows in that vein has yet to be determined, but it is certainly good news for Cole fans, as the record is slated to arrive next Friday, December 9th. We assume that an official announcement will arrive shortly, but for now you can peep the official cover at up above.
