Frank Ocean, whale-watching?
Uh, Frank Ocean raps? Judging by the track "Blue Whale" (listen/download below) which was uploaded to his tumblr mere minutes after Frank's VitaminWater Uncapped show last night, he not only raps, he raps with a flow that recalls both Lupe Fiasco and Jay Electronica--maybe even a little Rakim in the inflection? The subject matter, of course, is all Frank--emotional, vulnerable, both shoegazing and stream-of-consciousness sh*t talking. He's playing. But he's serious.
